Services

We have a service each week (except the 5th Sunday of a month when it occurs), most led by a member of the clergy but at least one a month is led by lay members of the church.

Our main monthly programme consists of:

FAMILY COMMUNION

A welcoming service of Holy Communion with three hymns and a sermon. Young children are welcome to use the toys at the back of the church, we don't mind the noise!

FRIENDS AND FAMILY

This is a service of hymns, songs and words which is usually led by a member of the clergy but may be lay led.

REFLECTIONS OVER BREAKFAST

If you are new to church or just wanting to explore what it is all about this may be the best place to start. We begin with tea, coffee or squash and a breakfast roll or pastry - we end with them too! In between there will be a talk or discussion, a couple of hymns or songs and some prayer.

TEAM SERVICES

On the 5th Sunday of the month all the churches of the Swan group get together in one of our village churches for a joint service at 10am. See the calendar for details.

SPECIAL SERVICES

We welcome those wishing to be baptised or to have their children baptised and also of course couples for weddings if they meet the criteria for being married in this parish.

We have special services on Mothering Sunday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Remembrance Sunday and around Christmas.
